I was very skeptical in this market about buying leads from places that I was unaware of. Over the past 3 years I have tried about every lead provider possible and typically about 20% of those work out. Everyone makes promises and quality and filtering, you name it I’ve heard it. After talking with Alex I decided to give BuyFHAleads.com a shot. I will say this; the contract ratio is above 90%, from that the app ratio is close to 80%. They are pretty good. Many borrowers you call and call and leave messages but they do not respond. When borrowers respond on a Saturday and you get the lead Monday, you know they are already shopping. When you get them on the phone, they are good. So quality wise, I like them. I have three working out of 20 which is good. I shared the PA leads with my PA partner. I don’t know his status completely, but he said he has 2 working. So again, that percentage is good. 5 out of 20

I have to tell you.... I have a group of 10 seasoned loan officers who have been exposed to several internet lead companies and they were all very impressed with your lead quality. Every loan officer that called the leads stated they were "the best they have ever called". Personally, I have to say the applicants were so receptive and out of the 25 leads I have purchased, we have 7 sets of documents in from the borrowers and we are still pursuing the others. i would highly recommend your company to other mortgage professionals.
